Omg why the hell didn't Abby slap the hell out of Ej when he said Sami and his kids are the only thing he cares about. He wasn't saying that in the cabin, Storage closet, and the shower. Now he wants to treat her like that. Tell me what y'all are thinking?
EJ basically told Abby she should do what Sami wanted so Sami would not become suspicious regardless of how Abby felt about participating in the wedding preparation. Since Abby obviously felt guilty about sleeping with him then continuing to play the role of Sami's BFF and EJ assured her that the affair would not be exposed because Nick was dead,Abby should have told EJ to "F" off because she was going to make some excuse to Sami and she not going to participate in the planning their wedding. He is basically said to her I don't care how you feel, what I want and Sami's happiness are more important that how you feel about the situation. I did think it was cute when smiled as Sami was leaving then dropped the smile, hit him and asked what he was doing because it was such a "couple thing" to do. I am not buying the notion that Abigail feels guilty. She would still fucking Ej behind Sami's back if Ej was interested. I keep waiting for her to express regrets for hurting Sami and betraying her trust and still nothing. Her little speech was all about her, how uncomfortable she feels, and how it will affect her. Nothing about Sami's feelings. Abby does not feel real remorse, she just uncomfortable about the situation.
It really does not matter what Ej wanted Abigail to do, she could have said no and it would be the end of it. No one was twisting her arms to do it (well Sami sort of did that LOL). The point is Abigail should have said no and stick to her decision no matter what instead stuttering like a weak little girl and looking at Ej to tell her what to do. Really? Is Ej your daddy?
That 'cute couple thing' she did was inappropriate considering that he IS marrying 'her friend' in a few days and he did dump her months ago so they are not a couple in any form. Abby is just pathetic for acting 'coupley' with a man who clearly does not give a shit about her. If you are going to hit him, please do so. But don't be all playful and do whatever it is that you did, it makes you look pathetic girlfriend.

Ok I was busy when "watching" today's show earlier but I watched it again just now and my thoughts on Rafe.... I can maybe understand how just done and hurt and "WTF!" he's feeling. I can understand him annoyed at Jordan even. And I actually love Jordan. He's lost...he needs space. He's feeling like he took too much time with his own nothingness in disregard to his family's somethings! So he will deny that which he loves because he's feeling his own responsibility. I found GG surprisingly fantastic today. The monotone voice, inflections...he was real good. Add in the fact Rafe knows Jordan isn't being completely honest about things. Rafe is in a really weird spot right now. BUT....ill never understand how or why this show finds sex as a greiving mechanism. It's never made sense and it doesn't now. Had Rafe ended up laying on Kate's chest and crying? I'd GET that. But how or why get your dick hard under some seriously dramatic situations? It's not even camp, it's just odd. It's also unfair to what's been built up between him and Jordan. Like the writers changed their minds about Jordan's secret and knew the audience would be bored so they threw this in to "stir em up". Well, it doesn't. We aren't stupid! It's an unnecessary wrench in a story that should be enthralling us by now. Maybe there's a "twist" coming that I don't know of. And ya know what? I hope there is. C'mon Days, you used to be THE best mystery tellers on daytime. Do it proud! ;)
Can you imagine how much more powerful the ending would have been if we had seen Rafe alone somewhere completely break down crying?! The only time I remember seeing him sob was when he was alone in his office holding the baby clothes of Sydney's they pulled from the water. His despair today could have really made a mark instead it became a cheap stunt. Yeh, like "Gabi, I was so torn up about your life crashing and you losing years with your child that I screwed Kate" Mmmk, and Jordan you're so special to me that I screwed Kate and Stephano, I'm not afraid of your razor. I would have also preferred seeing Rafe alone, breaking down.

Actually Ej has told her that before several times. Even at the cabin, he told her he was committed to his Samantha. Abby is the one who would not listen. Not once has Ej mislead her into believing that it was more than cheap sex or that he did not love his Samantha. Even when Ej gently told her how much he loves his Samantha, she convinced herself that Ej only 'thought' he did. She was deluding herself into believing they (ejabby) had something special. As if LOL. So Ej was just being honest with her yesterday. If she can not handle the hard cold truth, that is too damn bad. Exactlty.EJ told Abby more than once he loves Sami "more than life".Abby is moving on with Ben who is good looking. She does not want to be involved in the wedding planning so she should make up an excuse to Sami for not doing so whether Sami likes it or not and tell EJ to "F" off whether he likes it or not.

Abby is not Sami's friend so why pretend.I don't care if she is not falling to her knees weeping about her betrayal of Sami although I don't see why she would be uncomfortable if she did not feel some guilt but whatever the reason,if she does not want to be involved in planning Sami 's wedding to EJ because she is jealous or spiteful or for any other reason, she still should tell both of them to "f" off although she could dress it up for Sami while EJ gets the naked truth so to speak.

If sami knows and plotting revenge how is she gonna get out of the wedding night since I doubt the board meeting is the same day as the wedding will she get drunk and pass out.
She's still having sex with EJ right now. Why would their wedding night be a problem for her? Abigail slept with EJ and if Sami finds out it could ruin their relationship

I'm not sure where the comments about E.J. stating that "nothing else matters except Samantha's happiness" are coming from. He said nothing else mattered except the fact that he loved Sami and his family more than anything else in the world. And he was saying it in an effort to help Abby, not hurt her. She was freaking out about her guilt, and he was making the argument that she didn't need to feel guilty about their secret anymore because it didn't matter -- the only thing that mattered was that he loved Sami and his family more than anything else in the world.
I agree that I think that is what EJ meant to say, but he could have said it in a nicer voice instead he sounded like a jerk. Anyway itīs possible that the writers are planning on getting rid of GG, but given what they did to Ericole itīs also possible that the writers think this is good angst for Rafe and Jordan. Well EJ typically is a jerk so it made sense to me. He's usually only nice to his kids and the woman he's in love with at the moment, and even is sometimes a jerk to then. That's just how EJ talks to people.

It seemed that he liked Abby when the affair was going in on, and even if he is inlove with Sami I donīt think anything has happen that make sense as to why he wouldnīt like Abby anymore and have started treating her like crap.

Why couldn't Eve be Mary-Beth's mother? Paige seems too boring to be related to Eve
And Marybeth isn't boring? (Not to mention annoying.)
I find both Paige & Mary Beth boring but Mary Beth seems to have a devious or trouble-making side to her, like Eve did back in the day. Paige to me is just blah  Fair enough, but I haven't gotten that impression yet from Marybeth. She just seems like a judgmental gnat whose only purpose is to buzz in Paige's ear, repeatedly complaining about how J.J. is going to corrupt Paige. :eyeroll: The only time I can recall her acting like a troublemaker was when she told J.J. that Paige was headed to Stanford in the fall, and that barely counts in my book.
I don't mind Paige. And I might be okay with Marybeth if she served some other purpose beyond the constant hand-wringing about saving Paige's soul from the Big Bad J.J., who is practically an angel these days, anyway.

Jordan and Ben are just creepy.
That sex scene with Rafe and Kate was hilarious. It must be from the love scene handbook.. Once in bed, writhe around like worms, groan and create pain-like expression on your faces.
I didn't find it 'hilarious,' but DAYS definitely needs to revamp their love scenes. They're never creative and they're unrealistically corny. Theresa and Brady having sex with a blanket over them and Theresa in a bra. Kate and Rafe having sex with layers of sheets in between them. No one has sex like that! And I get it; this isn't HBO, but they also don't have to show the actual sex. Some clothed foreplay. Some clothing removal. That would be a lot hotter than worms in a blanket.
That's why the Ejabby sex scenes worked for me - the choreography/blocking was more realistic.
It felt as though there was more time and thought put into making Ejabby sex titillating. They wanted a big reaction so they put the effort in. I think overall the directors have become lazy with shooting love making sequences for their couples. They feel very generic. Making love used to be a grand affair. (Strawberries and whipped cream) Now, not so much. It's a quick flash of the standard shots and they feel they've got the scene. (Most of the time a couch will suffice.) I wish they'd take creative time to enhance the sensuality. Create atmosphere, lead up to it, remove clothes leisurely, show kisses placed somewhere other than just on the neck. Make it a romantic experience for the viewer. As far as Rafe and Kate's writhing worms . . . in their case and situation that was just fine. It wasn't suppose to be romantic or even hot. It was what it was. Rafe humping Kate like the dog he was. Brady and Theresa and E.J. and Abby weren't meant to be romantic, either. ("Hot" is more debatable.) They certainly weren't "making love". I really wouldn't expect such scenes to be some sort of "grand affair", complete with strawberries and whipped cream. Now, Will and Sonny's love scenes should be a "grand affair" -- if only they'd actually show them.

I noticed that Paige and Mary Beth said Paige's mother was in town around Christmas. I think Teresa and Eve are estranged

Mary Beth who gives a rat's ass if JJ used to do drugs! It's been months since he's done them. He doesn't do them anymore and he doesn't hang around losers like he used to either. Paige loves him so shut up already. Mary Beth shouldn't be judging JJ. She barely knows him
